"George Henry" is the oldest son of George D.  He joined Bates Financial Group, Inc. in September 2025 and is based in Houston, Texas, with monthly travel to the Rockford office. George takes pride in understanding his clients’ financial and lifestyle goals and creating well-structured plans to help them achieve their objectives.

George holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University. George has been married to his wife Isabel since 2020. They have two daughters, Alessandra and AnnaMaria.George enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling to new places, and is an avid sports fan. He shares a love for golf, following in the footsteps of his grandfather George E. and his late uncle Eric.
