Matt is George D.’s middle son. He started working at Bates Group in October of 2025 based out of Larkspur, California. Matt finds satisfaction in hearing about his clients’ financial and lifestyle goals and finding the best structured path to help them in that journey.
Matt has his Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (Gies) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Texas Austin (McCombs). He has been married to his wife Lindsey since 2023. They enjoy spending time with family, trail running, board games, and hosting themed events with friends.
