Theresa worked in marketing and sales for over 30 years before retiring in 2017.  Realizing she was not ready to completely retire, Theresa started working part-time in 2018 and joined Bates Group in 2021.  She enjoys meeting new people and helping them with their financial needs.

Theresa has lived in the Rockford area on and off for over 20 years and currently resides in Loves Park.  She has two grown children, two grandchildren, and recently a new great grandson.  In her free time, she loves to exercise, play golf, and ride her motorcycle with family and friends.  She also enjoys reading and going to the movies.
