Felicia has been with Bates Group since November 2013 and has over 40 years of experience in office administration.  She was originally hired to replace Mary Stonis when she retired, but Felicia cannot stay busy enough with just one job.  She has since taken over the duties of three employees and given the title of Office Manager.

Felicia was married in 2017 to Eric who is an iron worker, and she has two grown children who live in the Chicago area.  Her daughter Bianca owns MatchaCita in downtown Chicago as well as works as an event planner and her husband assists her in her businesses, while her son Zack is a sports journalist and his wife is an interior designer.  Felicia also became a "Nanna" in 2021 to her grandson Jordan who is the apple of her eye!
