Controller Backoffice Administrator, Compliance Manager, Human Resources Administrator, Technology Manager Email MeJennifer is George's only daughter. Many of you have heard him speak of her when “bragging” about his grandchildren, but you may not have known that she has been working at Bates Group since August of 2010. She started very part-time at the beginning and has now been working full time since the fall of 2013. She has taken on many different roles at Bates, but she is now dedicated to being the Controller and maintaining all administrative functions with relation to the behind-the-scenes functionality of all the Bates companies...in addition to being a personal assistant to George (and his horse business).
